1. Trans Fat is a trouble

Trans fats are created through processing that adds hydrogen to vegetable oil, which results in the solidification of the oil at room temperature. Because partly hydrogenated vegetable oil doesn’t need to be changed as frequently as other oils, several restaurants use it in their deep fryers.

There is a trace quantity of naturally occurring trans fats in some meat and dairy products. Extra trans fats, as they raise the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Since trans fats are so dangerous, food makers are not allowed to add the main source of artificial trans fats to foods and beverages, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

2. Zero Physical Activity

Like any other muscle in the body, the heart also needs exercise in order to be kept fit. Lungs perform their function better when you are moving around, allowing more oxygen to enter your blood and be distributed throughout your body’s tissues and cells.

Every heart patient should avoid alcohol to lead a healthy life.

4. Tobacco

Smoking is injurious to health; it is commonly said and heard. But the real reason is that smoking blocks the arteries, which doesn’t let them get a proper supply of oxygen and nourishment. The reason for a heart attack is blocked arteries or fatty accumulation in them. Smoking doesn’t only affect the person consuming it but everyone else who comes into contact with it. 5. Chronic Stress

Stress might be beneficial at times. Stress in today’s era is the major cause of heart-related problems. High BP raises the risk of a heart attack, which is related to unwanted stress.
